Steps in applying:

• 1st - determine whether you meet the criteria established by PAIR.
• 2nd - contact us through whatever means available.
• 3rd - download the application forms.
• 4th - our staff will then discuss with you the costs and service fees involved.
• 5th - if you agree with the costs and service fees, our staff will guide you through the entire process.

PAIR criteria: Requirements for inclusion in teacher-applicant pool

1. Excellent command of the English language
2. Five years of teaching experience (Other teachers with only 3 years experience may also be considered on a case-to-case basis.)
3. Acceptable grade point average (at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale)
4. Possesses a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) teaching certificate
5. Pleasing personality
6. Observable passion for teaching

Documents to be submitted

1. PAIR application forms
2. Official transcript of records (1 original and 2 photocopies)
3. Scholastic diplomas (3 photocopies)
4. Proof of English as medium of instruction at the university level (1 original and 2 photocopies)
5. PRC Certificate of Good Standing issued within the past 6 months (1 original and 2 photocopies)
6. NBI clearance (1 original and 2 photocopies)
7. Two (2) passport size photos (teacher-applicant professionally groomed and dressed)
