Manuel G. Marasigan, Ed.D. Director

Dr. Marasigan received a Bachelor of Arts major in Philosophy “cum laude” from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines. Thereafter, he was graduated with a Master of Science in Educational Management “with distinction” from the De la Salle University, Manila, Philippines. Finally he finished his Doctorate in Education, major in Educational Management, also from De la Salle University. Dr. Marasigan also pursued additional studies, completing all academic requirements and passing the comprehensive exams short of graduation for a Master of Arts major in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines. Dr. Marasigan also pursued some units in the Master of Arts program, major in Community and Organizational Development in Loyola University, Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A. At present, aside from leading PAIR, Dr. Marasigan actively serves as an Accreditation Consultant for several rehabilitation facilities in Houston, Texas.

Alice Inzon-Tengco Philippine Operations Manager

Mrs. Alice Inzon-Tengco has had extensive experiences in organizations dealing with cross-cultural environs. Mrs. Tengco has worked with multinationals at International Corporate Bank and Ace-Compton Advertising. She has also worked for international organizations like Asian Development Bank, World Health Organization and the United Nations High Commission for Refugees. Lastly, Mrs. Tengco gained signficant experience dealing with international issues when she worked at the Australian Embassy in Manila, Philippines. As Philippine Operations Manager, she is responsible for taking care of all teacher-applicants in the Philippines, in their dealings with the different government entities.
