Testimonials
Professional And Intellectual Resources stands out to match professionals from different parts of the world to American Institutions. Thus, it helps professionals to grow intellectually, socially and emotionally in an international setting--- “America, the Land of Challenging Opportunity.”
The impressive efforts and humble hearts of PAIR’s staff spearheaded by Dr. Manuel Marasigan “Doc Earl” inspired me to continue going through the interviews, documentation and processing of papers although there were some intricacies along the way. He encouraged me to continue the tedious process of the application-- diligently assisted and guided me while patiently responding to all my queries.
The efforts of Mrs. Alice Tengco, Philippine Operations Manager are considered commendable too. She gave instructions and directions how to get through the US embassy interview, the POEA stuff and the airline tickets to US.
When I arrived here in the US, Doc Earl coordinated with fellow Filipino teachers my accommodation and he assisted how to get settled in the US as well. He was able to build and initiate traits of hospitality with the Filipino community here. Such indicates a cohesive family, a semblance of Philippine environment (which Filipinos in a foreign land long for). As of this date, he continuously gives advice and moral support for every Filipino here.
Thank you Doc Earl for helping me experience the challenging and worthwhile life here in the US. Mabuhay ang PAIR that pairs professionals to international institutions. God bless...

PAIR can be likened to a big ship carrying the teachers and their dreams and Dr. Marasigan is the captain who makes the "American dream" of each Filipino teacher to teach in the U.S. come true. The PAIR administrators and staff are very professional in dealing with the applicants, from reviewing our credentials all the way to processing our teaching certificates/license. PAIR assists us so that we will be issued a license in a state where we are seeking employment. PAIR was the one who did all the processing of my documents and I did not have any problem when I arrived here. Before my U.S. embassy interview, Mrs. Tengco oriented me about the "do's and don'ts" during an interview with the consul. I was so happy when the consul told me "Welcome to the United States of America" (I got my visa) because Mrs. Tengco's final coaching helped me a lot. Until now, even if we are already here in the United States, PAIR continues to communicate with us and their support to us is amazing. Thank you PAIR and more power!"

PAIR helped me get to Houston, Texas. From the time I had applied, through
the interview process, all the way through document preparation, I was
always updated on the latest developments. I was free to ask what fees
I had to pay and prepare for. What impressed me the most was how PAIR
compiled and arranged my papers for the embassy interview! I will have
to commend Mrs. Alice Tengco for putting all the papers together. Actually,
even before the embassy interview Mrs. Tengco briefed us as to how we
should move in the embassy, how to present our papers and even how to
answer the consul. Of course there were no clear-cut answers to possible
questions and it was really up to us to get our act together to pull
it through. Confidence and full support was there. Mrs. Tengco patiently
waited for hours outside the embassy and prayed that we would get our
working visas. AND WE DID!!!!
From the scheduling of the interview by the officials
to the actual interview to the preparation of the papers for the embassy
and even getting our tickets, PAIR helped us all the way. Upon arrival
here in the United States, Dr. Marasigan met us and once again he made
sure that we had accommodations and helped us in getting ourselves settled.
To this day, should one need assistance PAIR is still there to help.
I was never left alone to take care of myself for I had the support
and care of a FAMILY called PAIR.
