Testimonials
PAIR is a lot more than a (recruitment) agency. It is
a family of diverse individuals united by a common professional past,
a sharing of laughter and nostalgia brought by similar present struggles
in a foreign land, and a common dream to make something out of life
in a place history calls the land of the free.
This "family" is simply fortunately blessed
with someone who leads it with gentleness, compassion, and objectivity.
It is not surprising then that in the midst of diversity and mundane
pressures, the members of this family always find themselves connected;
uprooted though they may be from their native HOME, they find a close
semblance of it in PAIR as it is headed by Dr. Manuel Marasigan.
Thank you so much, Doc Earl and to all who compose the
PAIR for making life in Houston, Texas meaningful, beautiful, worth
living and sharing...God bless us all constantly.

PAIR helped me get to Houston, Texas. From the time I had applied, through
the interview process, all the way through document preparation, I was
always updated on the latest developments. I was free to ask what fees
I had to pay and prepare for. What impressed me the most was how PAIR
compiled and arranged my papers for the embassy interview! I will have
to commend Mrs. Alice Tengco for putting all the papers together. Actually,
even before the embassy interview Mrs. Tengco briefed us as to how we
should move in the embassy, how to present our papers and even how to
answer the consul. Of course there were no clear-cut answers to possible
questions and it was really up to us to get our act together to pull
it through. Confidence and full support was there. Mrs. Tengco patiently
waited for hours outside the embassy and prayed that we would get our
working visas. AND WE DID!!!!
From the scheduling of the interview by the officials
to the actual interview to the preparation of the papers for the embassy
and even getting our tickets, PAIR helped us all the way. Upon arrival
here in the United States, Dr. Marasigan met us and once again he made
sure that we had accommodations and helped us in getting ourselves settled.
To this day, should one need assistance PAIR is still there to help.
I was never left alone to take care of myself for I had the support
and care of a FAMILY called PAIR.

I can describe PAIR as a gateway where dreams cherish and blessings flow. It bridges the fulfillment of aspirations and having the reality of those moves on.
Dr. Marasigan directs the company with wisdom, understanding and concern. His communication to applicants means a lot. It does not give only updates but challenges and inspirations. He answers all the questions that you will never feel lost in the process.
Mrs. Tengco manages the Manila office remarkably. She facilitates the necessary papers, assists the step-by-step process, and instructs the applicants well.
With PAIR, it brings out the best in me, to pursue my career in a place where opportunity to enrich one's self is at hand. PAIR gives all the support and even more than you can ask for. It provides a challenge that could make a difference together with wonderful and unforgettable experiences that go with it. It gives a family, friends and community to work with and to live with.
Over and over again, I cannot deny the fact that I owe a lot to PAIR. It will always be: as they give the difference. Doc Earl and Ma'am Tengco, once again, my gratitude.
